LIVING STONES CAPITAL BUILDING FUND (ENDOWMENT) Thank you to Jack Bradley and Pat Sayeau for giving an update to the parish about our St. Mark Endowment Fund, the funds into which the Living Stones Capital Building Fund proceeds are deposited into. The fund is doing very well since it began in June 2020 with the donation of some CNR shares, and is now valued at over $500,000. The fund now includes many different company shares as well as cash, and Pat and Jack might include Bonds in the future. All dividends made by the fund are rolled back into more shares, with the intention of growing the fund to a value of $1M, at which point the parish will be able to realize annual dividends of around $50,000+ to help with capital project expenses. The faster we get to our goal of $1M, the more help we can provide toward maintaining our campus structures!
